Also, in order to have any kind of control over the workers he must not be friendly with them so he can keep his reputation and people can stay scared of him. He finds it increasingly difficult to see things from different perspectives. This is his flaw in life. He cannot identify with how others see and feel things, this results in him being nasty to everyone including his wife. E.g. He goes to a brothel every month but when his wife even talk to another man he complains.
